We are pleased to formally announce the continuance of Aegis Safety Management under new directorship.
Michael Keyes, the founding director, set up Aegis Safety Management in 2009, following 33 years working with MOL Architects. Since the establishment of the company, Aegis Safety Management has provided excellent PSDP services and developed a wide client base across a number of sectors, from complex healthcare projects to high-end heritage conservation.
As a result of those efforts, and continued business growth over the past several years, Michael decided to seek an affiliation with a well-established health and safety company. This collaboration allows for additional resources to ensure a continued level of service and expertise to clients. The exciting outcome has resulted in the purchase of Aegis Safety Management by the Managing Director of O’Dwyer Safety Services Ltd., (OSS) Ned O’Dwyer. The new director’s direct connection to OSS, who provide PSCS and site inspection services, offers the opportunity for Aegis Safety Management to widen its client and site stage services in the future.
